Lease contract.

We use a lawyer-edited (bilingual) rental contract for foreigners. The contractual terms that are different from the general terms are clarified and recorded in the contract. The tenant (in Hungarian or English) personally clarifies all issues that arise. We will arrange the signing of the contract, if required, in the absence of the owner – with written authorization. For signing, we provide one of our elegant meeting rooms in our downtown office.

PRIME contract

By choosing a special contract, you can access our featured services at a discounted price. When you work with our office, you do not have to pay advertising or registration fees. Our commission fee is payable on the lease of the lease when the property is leased, other costs do not arise from us.
